At a press conference held jointly by Dlala Brokerage Company, one of the subsidiaries of Dlala Brokerage and Investment Holding Co., and Qatar Orphan Foundation (Dhreima) it was announced that Dhreima has joined the “We Care” campaign of Dlala Islamic as one of the beneficiaries.
Mr. Waleed Jassim Al Mossallam- CEO, Mr. Mohammed Rashid Al Khanji - General Manager of Dlala Islamic and Ms. Mona F. Al Sulaiti - PR & Marketing Manager addressed the press conference on behalf of Dlala Brokerage and Investment Holding Co.; and Mr. Khalid Abbas Kamuladdin, General Manager addressed the press conference on behalf of Dhreima.
According to the campaign Dlala Islamic will donate QR 1 from the commission it receives from every transaction it makes to a number of charity organizations like Dhreima.
“As the leading brokerage and Investment house of Qatar we are fully aware of our responsibility towards our community. We are committed to the welfare of our society and are determined to work for the upliftment of the downtrodden of the society.
This is the main inspiration behind our decision to launch the “We Care’ campaign”, said Mr. Waleed Jassim Al Mossallam, CEO of Dlala Brokerage and Investment Holding Co.
“As a responsible corporate citizen we believe that every segment of the society deserves a fair chance in life. We are determined to ensure that nobody is deprived of any kind of opportunity just because they happen to be in unfortunate situations. In fact we feel privileged to have been provided with this opportunity to be an active contributor to the ongoing initiatives of Dhreima. “ Mr. Al Mossallam added.
Mr. Al Mossallam indicated that in the light of the economic prosperity various sectors are presently witnessing as a result of the huge economic boom the country is experiencing under the wise leadership of HH Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar and HH Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, Heir Apparent, Dlala is honored to be able to support the needy segment of the society by directly supporting the initiatives of various charity organizations.
The campaign would be extended to other notable organizations in Qatar who are working for the welfare of the downtrodden like the shaffallah Center with Special Needs and Qatar Charity. The amount collected will automatically credited to the accounts of theses organizations every quarter.
