Dlala Brokerage & Investment Holding (Q.S.C.) Co. announced on Sunday 05/07/2009 launching IVR Trading System (Automated Trading over Phone) through Dlala Brokerage & Dlala Islamic.
Mr. Waleed Al Mossallam – Dlala Holding CEO – said that IVR trading system will help the customer of both Dlala Brokerage and Dlala Islamic to make trading and other services automatically without any human interference.
"Dlala aims through this service to provide its customers with state-of-the-art effective technology that helps them to do their trading smoothly, carefully and very fast, as well as the high security measures that being used in all Dlala services" Al Mossallam Added.
Al Mossallam point out that the IVR Service will be available during the first trial week from 1:00pm till 9:00am in the next week and this will be followed by 24/7 operation.
Al Mossallam added that the customers will be able to make buy & sell orders, retrieve password for internet trading, retrieve pin code for the service and other may services such as having information on portfolio and stock prices.
Dlala Holding's CEO mentioned that together with this service costumers will still be able to make trading by talking to Dlala brokers as usual.
